Final Sale Policy

Every LoveMe Diamonds piece is individually sourced and prepared with care by a single owner who gives each order her personal attention. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds, for change of mind, fit, sizing, or personal preference.

We want you to order with complete confidence. Please reach out before you buy - we are always glad to share additional photos, measurements, or details so you know exactly what you are receiving. Your questions are welcome, and we would genuinely rather help you choose the right piece than have you order while unsure.

In the rare event your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@lovemediamonds.com with your order number and clear photos. If a replacement is approved, the original item must be mailed back to us within 7 days so we can inspect it. It must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will send your replacement.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
